The service

We provide access to event information, membership tools, booking flows, and optional transactions such as tickets and donations. Features may change over time. We work to keep the site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Accounts

You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account unless you notify us of unauthorized use. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or harm other users, artists, or staff.

Acceptable use

You will not use the site to break the law, harass others, distribute malware, scrape or overload systems without permission, or attempt to access data or accounts you are not authorized to use.

Tickets, donations, and fees

Content

Event descriptions, images, and other materials may be provided by artists, organizers, or staff. You may not reuse them for commercial purposes without permission from the rights holder.

The site is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties not expressly stated here. Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not allow that limitation.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in New York County have exclusive jurisdiction for disputes arising from these terms or your use of the site, subject to any rights you cannot waive under applicable law.

Changes

We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. If the changes are material, we may also notify you by email or a notice on the site. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
