Information we collect
Account and bookings
When you create a member account or submit a booking, we collect information you provide (such as name, username, email, phone, and event details) and store it with our application provider (Back4App / Parse) so we can run the site and serve your requests.
Payments
Card payments for tickets, donations, space rentals, and membership are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card number on our servers; Stripe handles payment data under its own terms and security practices.
Email and marketing
We send transactional email (such as account verification, booking updates, and receipts) using our email provider. If you opt in to the newsletter, we keep your address in our mailing list so we can send updates you asked for. You can unsubscribe from marketing mail using the link in those messages or via newsletter unsubscribe.
Analytics
We may use analytics tools (such as Google Analytics or Microsoft Clarity) to understand how the site is used. Where required, we rely on the cookie / storage banner so you can decline non-essential analytics. Essential cookies needed for security or login may still be used.
Security and abuse prevention
We may use services such as Cloudflare (including Turnstile) to reduce spam and automated abuse when you sign up or use certain features.
How we use information
We use the information above to:
- Operate the website, member area, and booking tools
- Process payments and deliver tickets or receipts
- Send messages you have requested or that relate to your account
- Improve reliability and security of the service
- Comply with law when required
Sharing
We share data with service providers who help us run the site (for example hosting, database, email delivery, payments, and security). We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the safety and integrity of our community.
Your choices
You may review or update certain account information after signing in. You may opt out of marketing emails while still receiving essential account email. For newsletter-only opt-out, use the unsubscribe link or this page. Analytics preferences can be adjusted using the cookie banner when it appears.
Children
Our services are not directed to children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
