SHAPESHIFTER PLUS BOOKING and PERFORMANCE CONDITIONS & POLICIES Live Performance at ShapeShifter Lab This Letter sets out the terms and conditions of performance at ShapeShifter Lab (herein referred to as the Lab.) Our Standard Offer: ● ShapeShifter Plus offers a profit share arrangement as follows: ● 0-29 in-person net ticket sales: 70% ShapeShifter Plus, 30% Artist ● 30+ in-person net ticket sales: 70% Artist, 30% ShapeShifter Plus Artist payout is based on net ticket sales. It is up to the bandleader's discretion of how the funds are shared between the artists involved. The audience headcount does not include any used complimentary tickets. *If the event is live streamed, the video will be hosted on our video on demand platform for 1 week. Because of this, Artist Payout will occur 7-10 business days after the video on demand expiration. Please wait 7-10 business days after the show to inquire about the payout. The standard performance time is 60 minutes, unless otherwise agreed upon. Set time will be determined mutually. Note: You are offered one set for the performance. If you would like to have more than one set or the entire evening, you may rent our space for the duration you need. Please inquire about rates separately. Several options are available that may fit your needs. Tickets Prices: The standard suggested ticket prices for local and overseas acts start at $10 per online ticket for a live stream. For audience members attending the live performance, the ticket price starts at $20 per person. Tickets are available at the door and on our website: www.shapeshifterplus.org Our maximum audience capacity is 180 (110 seated plus 70 standing). You can choose a higher ticket price and different pricing tiers (eg. $10 for online tickets, $15 for online streaming with album download, etc.) Any additional ones on top will be charged full ticket price. Please help support our non-profit organization and encourage ticket sales. ShapeShifter Plus reserves the right to have 5 complimentary tickets to all shows, mainly for marketing purposes. Promotion: We do listings regularly, but we cannot guarantee a listing for all events. It is also your responsibility to submit materials to us in a timely manner for our promotional efforts to be effective. Below is a list of information we need from you. Please provide it promptly so we can announce your performance effectively: 1. Title of your project 2. Billing/ artist line up, set time 3. Ticket cover charges (in-person suggested $20 min; live stream $10 min) - a free cover event is possible. Please inquire for further info. - our venue capacity is 180 4. A short description of your project (no more than 250 words) - bios (band and or band members if you'd like to include) - Tagline and tag words, hashtags - Photo of the main artist/band - Instagram handle of the band + band members - FB page if available 5. An image we can use to create a digital *poster (max 300 dpi, jpg - NO PDF) - Square image 1:1 6. Weblink or band bio link 7. Tech rider or Input list - our Equipment & Gear page: backline.html 8. Stage plot - hand drawn is fine with labeling of stage and audience areas 9. Set length (max 60 - 75 mins) 10. Livestream is an optional service at $150 per set (you will receive the copy of the recording). Please let us know at least 2 weeks in advance.
