PERFORMANCE RENTAL BOOKING

For public performances over 1 hour (mission-aligned / artist rate). Performances up to 1 hour with SS+ ticketing should use Open Call instead.

Quotes use Table 1B: subsidized 3-hour base rent (minimum US $450) plus a recommended bar minimum calculated as 1.4× the remaining discount value, based on your maximum budget.

After submit: continue in Prep → Live → Done (shared with Open Call) for agreement and go-live — not the old multi-step rental page.

Ground floor layout

Performance rentals over one hour use the same ground-floor main space as private rentals — review stage, audience area, bar, café, and entrances before you apply.
