Delete event

Alarms & notifications (up to 8)

Each filled channel button is ON and will fire at the scheduled time; outline-only is OFF. Email = SendGrid to admins; Push = devices + web push; In-app / browser alarm = local alert (browser tab while open; loud in-app alarm on iPhone/Mac). “Before” presets use due date or grant deadline when linked. New TODOs start with one alarm row; all three channels default to ON.

In Back4App, schedule the Cloud Job processTodoAlarms (e.g. every 5–15 minutes). Deploy latest cloud code so late runs still deliver within a 7-day catch-up window.
