After ~30 days from the show (by date) or when you use Archive on a card in Show ended. Events stay SSEvent rows and remain in List & Calendar.

Delete event

You are about to move to Deleted Events.

Admins can delete any event — including public and ticketed shows. Soft-delete removes it from calendars and sales listings; it does not permanently destroy the row.

Choose how this deletion should be treated for revenue and reporting:

Test or junk — clears ticket sales, attendance, donations, and stored revenue totals, then keeps the row in Deleted Events for review.
Real event — keeps the event's existing data and moves the row to Deleted Events. It will no longer appear in normal lists or revenue rollups.

If tickets were sold, use refund tools after delete (or mark postponed/cancelled first). Permanent destruction is only on the Deleted Events admin page.
