PERFORMANCE RENTAL BOOKING
For public performances over 1 hour (mission-aligned / artist rate). Performances up to 1 hour with SS+ ticketing should use Open Call instead.
Quotes default to Table 1 hourly: published $/hr × billable hours (slash means per hour). Example: weekday evening $450/hr × 4 hours = $1,800. Table 1B is a 3-hour sliding-scale block only — those dollar amounts are not hourly rates.
After submit: continue in Prep → Live → Done (shared with Open Call) for agreement and go-live — not the old multi-step rental page.
Ground floor layout
Performance rentals over one hour use the same ground-floor main space as private rentals — review stage, audience area, bar, café, and entrances before you apply.

- 24′ × 12′ platform (top of plan) — live music and presentations; grand-piano friendly.
- Open seating · flex tables · dance floor
- Large central area for audience seating or standing room.
- Bar
- L-shaped service bar (lower right) — bar minimum may apply per Table 1B quote.
- Café counter
- Lower left — catering drop-off or green room staging as needed.
- Restrooms
- Two accessible restrooms (top center and upper right).

- 196 seated + standing · up to 120 with table seating.

- Union Street side (left on plan) — wide double doors plus standard entry for load-in.
- Open Call vs full rental
- Performances up to 1 hour with ticket split use Open Call; this form is for over 1 hour or full-space use.
