Plain text stored in Parse ContentBlock keys brain_terms_and_conditions and brain_space_rental_contract.
The booking agent and getBrainPack use these when non-empty; otherwise the website falls back to data/terms-and-conditions.txt and data/space-rental-contract.txt on the container.
