Cancel show & refund all tickets
Refunds every Stripe ticket purchase for this event (voids QR codes and emails purchasers). Then marks the show Cancelled, turns off ticket sales, and enables the public refunds notice. Typed confirmation required. Support donations are not included.
Standalone extra types (Group, Student, Senior, …) — each has its own price (cents OK) and min/max. General admission stays the price above. Kids/Family 20% off is the checkbox above, not this list.
One buyer can purchase up to this many tickets in a single checkout (1–196). SSL never sells more than 196 in-person tickets per set.

Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable unless an event is canceled by ShapeShifter Plus. Please confirm the event date and time before completing your purchase. Online member self-refunds, when offered for an event, close exactly 3 days before show time.
Event Cancellation or Rescheduling
If an event is canceled, ticket holders will be notified regarding refund options. If an event is rescheduled, tickets will generally remain valid for the new date. Refund policies for rescheduled events will be communicated to ticket holders.
Program & Lineup Changes
Artists, performers, programs, set times, and event schedules are subject to change without notice. Changes to the lineup, program, or schedule do not necessarily constitute grounds for a refund.
Admission & Late Arrival
Performance times are listed on the event page. Late seating may be delayed until an appropriate break in the performance and, depending on the event, admission after the performance has begun may not be guaranteed.
Seating
Unless otherwise stated, seating is general admission and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Purchasing a ticket does not guarantee a particular seat or location within the venue.
Age Restrictions
Guests under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent, legal guardian, or responsible adult. Valid government-issued photo identification may be required for the purchase or consumption of alcoholic beverages.
Tickets & Entry
Ticket holders may be required to present their ticket, confirmation, or the name associated with the purchase upon arrival. ShapeShifter Plus reserves the right to refuse admission where reasonably necessary for safety, legal compliance, or serious violation of venue policies.
Photography & Recording
Photography, video, and audio recording policies may vary by performance. Professional recording equipment and unauthorized recording of performances are prohibited unless expressly approved by ShapeShifter Plus.
Patron Conduct
Guests are expected to behave respectfully toward performers, staff, and other patrons. Disruptive, threatening, discriminatory, or unsafe behavior may result in removal from the venue without refund.
Personal Belongings
ShapeShifter Plus is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property. Please keep belongings with you at all times.
